Get fit for having more fun! Fitness expert Nancy Craig will lead some simple exercises that can be done at home, on the trail, or even sitting at your desk! She’ll also answer questions and talk about her hiking, boating, and outdoors experiences across the nation. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat.
This awesome event is free and open to the public. Kids and well-behaved pets with owner on leash are welcome, but this event is best enjoyed by those over the age of 13.
