The summer months are the perfect time to take advantage of nature by heading outside to engage in outdoor activities or to simply relax. This workshop explores ways to fully engage all of your senses and celebrate the mind, body, and spirit through hiking, biking, kayaking, camping, yoga, nature immersion, meditation, music, and more.
Kids are welcome at this free class, but participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
